Luxe Hotel
Fairmont, Jaipur

Fairmont Jaipur opened its doors on August 9th, 2012, reminiscing us of the blend of Rajputana & Mughal architecture as evident in city’s famous landmarks i.e. the Hawa Mahal, The City Palace and Amber Fort, truly a building taking us to the grandeur and opulence of a bygone era.

Fairmont Jaipur consists of 225 rooms and villas, 60,000sq feet of meeting space for business conventions and weddings, and a further 14,000sq feet Willow stream spa that is soon to be opened (not to mention the signature Fairmont Gold room). With a luxurious outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Aravalli Hills, magnificent views from their multi-cuisine and fine dining restaurants, and an outdoor terrace and water body highlighted with flames in the evening. Staying at Fairmont Jaipur, in other words, is an experience in and of itself.

Luxe Destination

Each room at The Fairmont explores the old and the new – with bird cages and large in-built marble bath tubs, hill views and soothing colors – and offers all guests, among other amenities, high speed internet access, iPod docking station, concierge service and a modern Business Centre.

Furthermore, guests can also experience hot air ballooning, mountaineering at the Aravalli Hills; elephant rides and picnics & strolls through the nearby village; and yoga and cooking classes. The Fairmont Jaipur offers a large selection of restaurants such as Zoya, the all-day restaurant that specializes in Rajasthani and world cuisines; Anjum, the tea lounge; Aza, a bar to enjoy a fine selection of wines and malt whisky; and Cigar Diwan, an ideal setting to unwind.

Zoya with Executive Chef Anurag Bali from the award winning restaurant, La Seville in The Claridges, New Delhi, explores Rajasthani food with fresh eyes - - reviving age-old delicacies with an experimental twist. Hearing of Chef Anurag’s journeys across Rajasthan rediscovering recipes and adding to them his own expertise and innovation gives Zoya a modern, inventive, yet a comforting feel. With the ideal combination of delicious food and Rajasthan’s incredible hospitality, Zoya is definitely a must try.
