A highly accomplished tourism expert and successful businessman, Mr. Sharma is the recipient of the Travel Entrepreneur of the year Award for 2005 by SATTE. He is presently the Managing Director of Le Passage to India, Select Resorts and Select Citiwalk which is to be among the largest shopping malls in the country. He is the person responsible to bring TUI- AG to India. Till 2001 his family owned and managed SITA Travels, India's biggest destination management company which was subsequently sold to Kuoni Switzerland.
It was through his vision that Luxe India was created as a separate division to fill the gap of providing experience and attention to smaller details that brings a WOW into the traveler’s mind. The travelers of today need to be given a very different experience, shown the destination like never before. We wanted to avoid the typical stereotyped packaging of the destination and lift it into a new level of service and experience. |

With span of 20 years working experience in travel Industry, Vijay now heads the newly formed Luxe India division. Having worked with TCI, Shikhar Travels, Bahwan Travel Agencies (Muscat, Oman), Inter Globe Holidays and Kuoni India, he comes with diverse experience of handling International Conferences, Exhibitions, Adventure, Incentives, Charters and Leisure markets. Since 2002 he has been engaged in handling the combined business of le passage to India tours & travels and Go India Journeys heading the Australasia Department. He has extensively traveled within India and enjoys good relationships with one and all in the Industry. |

Vineet joins us with 14 years of experience after having worked with Cox & Kings (I) Ltd & Abercrombie & Kent (I) Ltd. All positions held by him involved creative and comprehensive planning, and operation of custom travel programmes in accordance with client-specific needs and complete focus on customer care. It has given him the opportunity to gain experience operating cultural & wildlife tours within India and work with ultra-deluxe and high end individual travelers as well as assisting in making travel arrangements. He has escorted several tours to different parts of the country enabling him to gain on his product knowledge. |

JATENDER SINGH JASWAL

Jatender has joined us as Head Concierge and is based at our head office in Delhi. Having 12 years experience, Jatender last assignment was as Head Concierge with Intercontinental Eros, Delhi and also had worked with Abercrombie and Kent, among others. Jatender is now involved at Luxe India, in setting up the Concierge desk all over India at our offices. This would greatly benefit our clients in giving them with value added services to guests and in maintains a very high standard of service level at all time. |

Pawan with background of 11 years of service in the hospitality industry in July 1996 starting his career with one of the reputed travel agencies specialized in inbound tourism. He has been handling clients from North & South America with a good mixture of Luxury, Culture, Adventure, Wild Life, Yoga & Buddhist experiences. He has extensively traveled in India, covering the major luxury destinations, which has given him a first hand experience and knowledge of the destinations. |

SANGHAMITRA P. SINHA

Sanghamitra has an experience of 8 years in the Travel and Tourism Industry. She has worked in the inbound sector for 4 years before joining India's fastest growing destination management company, Le Passage to India, in December 2003. There she handled clients from United Kingdom catering to their varied travel interests ranging from Spa and Wellness to Culture, Religion and Adventure. Apart from being creative, she is playing an important role in designing new programmes and in product development. |

Her command over the French language and passion for travel encouraged her to join Luxe India. Prior to this she was working as an independant jewellery designer for the past five years. With her creative bent of mind she plays an important role in designing newsletters, mailers and in product enhancement. |
